If you are unable to pair your beacon(s) check the following:
- Does the beacon next to your smartphone/tablet have the CrewWatcher logo facing the phone (keep other beacon(s) away at arm's length)?
- Are your beacons connected to a second device? Bluetooth devices can only be connected to one "master" (device) at a time.
- Can you find the beacons under your smartphone's/tablet's Bluetooth settings? Scan for devices and see if it lists the number of CrewWatcher beacons you own.
If you are still having issues after checking these steps, please verify that your smartphone/tablet is compatible with Bluetooth 4 or higher by referring to your manual, or search for your device on GSM arena. Your device's Bluetooth version should be listed under "COMMS."
